- Birth Certificate (Original + Copy)
- Passport size photographs of the student (4 copies)
- Aadhar Card Copy of Student and Parents
- Transfer Certificate (for Grade 2 and above)
- Previous School Report Card/Marks Sheet
- Blood Group Report and medical reports in case of allergies
